The message of this conference is not that Colombia should follow any particular approach or model or even necessarily deviate from its current system of criminal justice.  However, this is as good and wide-ranging group of experts as one could hope to hear on the variety of international experiences dealing with internationalized tribunals for serious crimes, and this is a unique opportunity to learn and explore the widest array of international experiences in this field,” said Tolbert.</p><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br /><br />
